Purchasing a home is stressful, especially from a distance. Living in SC, we were relying on Lisa for everything. She was very knowledgeable of our needs and found us the perfect house. She was very knowledgeable and communicated very promptly, answering all our questions and needs. Having to purchase sight unseen, pack up my house in SC of 18 years, take care of my husband, I could not have done this move without Lisa. Her knowledge of the process was extensive, communicated promptly and kept me on track. All with professionalism and a smile! I highly recommend Lisa O’Dwyer for all your real estate needs.

Charlee Jones is a consummate professional, offering guidance and expertise through the process of selling my home! She gently prompted me when action was needed and was patient with me. Her team: staging assistant Denise, gardener Gary, and her photographer were outstanding!

Jennifer was extremely helpful during the entire process. We were relocating from San Francisco and she helped us find a furnished rental until we found a house. She made all of the showing appointments for us and worked around our schedule (and our toddler’s naptime). When viewing a house, she provided insight about each one and would notice things that would have gone unnoticed otherwise. She arranged for contractors and painters to meet at potential houses and has so many useful contacts! When we found a house we loved, Jennifer guided us through the offer letter and was an expert negotiator. Jennifer was always available if we had a pressing question. She is professional and personable. We are so happy we got her to help us during this process!

Kristie is awesome! Works hard to help with the buying and selling. Easy to talk to and quick to respond to questions.
