Sarah was a good representation for us in the house buying process. In the beginning, she was more communicative. She has great market knowledge and knows what she is talking about. A blemish I saw was there seemed to be a sentiment that if we did not go with her referrals, then we were making the wrong decision, mainly with our lender for the mortgage. I think waking up to alarming text messages were not ideal and only caused us more anxiety. I was hoping our agent to be more supportive of us and our financial decisions rather than creating inner guilt or stress. Other than those things, Sarah is more than capable of doing her job.

Terrence was responsive and patient as we saw many houses. Even when we missed on a house due to our struggle with deciding what to do, Terrence stuck with us with great positivity and persistence.

Jennifer was extremely helpful during the entire process. We were relocating from San Francisco and she helped us find a furnished rental until we found a house. She made all of the showing appointments for us and worked around our schedule (and our toddler’s naptime). When viewing a house, she provided insight about each one and would notice things that would have gone unnoticed otherwise. She arranged for contractors and painters to meet at potential houses and has so many useful contacts! When we found a house we loved, Jennifer guided us through the offer letter and was an expert negotiator. Jennifer was always available if we had a pressing question. She is professional and personable. We are so happy we got her to help us during this process!
