Sarah provided excellent service. She was professional, friendly and helpful along with being both knowledgeable and informative. Her communication was excellent and she provided timely updates and guidance. Although there were hiccups beyond anyone’s control, she managed the process flawlessly, making a stressful at times situation feel manageable. She was patient and honest so matter how many questions I asked, she took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood what she meant.
