She always does comps on any house that I have asked her to and will give me her professional opinion on schools, flood zones,and overall knowledge of location the house is in and anything that she knows about the area. After buying she is there to give me utility information and always follows up to see if she can do anything else for me.

Communicated with myself and siblings with her knowledge and experience from beginning yo the end. Very professional when negotiating skills were needed.
