Connie was an absolute rock through a stressful and at times overwhelming experience. We collaborated for a year before I was finally ready to put my house on the market. Her knowledge of market trends, real estate values, mortgage rate fluctuations was spot on as was her knowledge of the entire process of preparing a house for listing, showing, and then working through the process of offer/counter offer/inspection and so forth. She gave solid advice and had excellent insights on preparing and marketing the house. Connie prepared me fully for all that needed to be done before closing. Her advice was always sound, and she was always patient in explaining the processes. Importantly, Connie was always just a text or phone call away. She provided needed information that enabled me to make quick decisions and she was prepared and did act quickly in a fast paced transaction. And every interaction was balanced with kindness and understanding for the major life change that this was. Absolutely trustworthy, honest, caring, and the utmost professional. Oh, and she priced the house just right and it sold immediately!
