To say anyone is the greatest is a bold claim, but Charlene really is. My wife and I decided to move to the New Orleans area and we had no idea where or how to start; thankfully someone who knew her referred her to us. Her knowledge of resources within the city and surrounding areas, from contractors, restaurants, shopping….and even starting utility services is a true blessing.
