I met Mark at an open house at a time when I was really serious about buying a home. Actually I thought it would be business as usual with list of homes that did not meet the specifications I had provided. I knew I was asking for a lot while insisting that I did not want to be house poor. To my surprise the list I received from Mark did a really good job or matching the criteria I had provided. On top of that Mark followed up with me on a regular basis and modified the criteria as he learned more about what I really wanted. Mark took the lead he was extremely attentive and took the time to answer the many question I had about the properties we visited, the home buying process, neighborhoods and school and lots of other questions unique to a single female looking for a home. I felt like I could trust Mark to have my best interest at heart and that was really important to me.
