Wendi was a lifesaver as I navigated the home buying process from another state. Not only was she very personable, she was attentive to my needs, and presented me with options showing that she truly listened when I told her what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable, and guided me through the state-specific nuances that were foreign to me, having never purchased a home here. After cataloging my needs, she made the best use of my limited time when I traveled from out of state to tour homes, and was there every step of the buying process. She even made herself available to assist me after the sale was complete, answering questions and providing guidance. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, experienced, & knowledgeable agent.

In looking for our perfect spot Wendy navigated the marketplace finding us just what we wanted. Being out of town it was important to work with someone that knew the area and could guide us along. She was responsive and easy to work with quickly helping us secure everything we wanted.

We have known Wendi as a friend for years, so when we decided to buy in the French Quarter, she did not disappoint with her knowledge of New Orleans and particularly, the Quarter. She knew it was the right fit for us all along, even before we did. She was a steady hand through a genuinely complicated closing: she knows the neighborhood inside and out, kept us in the loop, and worked hard to stay on top of the moving pieces right through to the closing table. Trusting a friend with something this big is a leap, and I'm so glad we did. Highly recommend.

Lo mejor de lo mejor

Buying this home was one of the biggest transitions of my life. It is the first house I have ever purchased, and Lazaro made the entire experience not only successful but genuinely enjoyable. From the very beginning, I felt like I had gained a new member of my family. Lazaro truly cared about finding the right home for me. When we looked at properties together, it never felt like he was trying to sell me something. It felt like he was shopping for a home right alongside me and was just as invested in finding the perfect fit. His responsiveness was exceptional. I always felt informed, and there were never any delays or unanswered questions. Every step of the process was explained clearly and patiently. As someone with very little knowledge of the real estate industry, I never felt intimidated or embarrassed. Lazaro made me feel comfortable, confident, and supported throughout the entire journey. What makes this experience even more remarkable is that I was moving more than 1,000 miles away from Chicago. Somehow, Lazaro made what could have been an overwhelming process feel unbelievably easy. I can honestly say he is the best. Working with Lazaro was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly recommend him to my family, friends, and anyone I care about. He is truly a shining star in the city of New Orleans and someone who represents the very best of his profession. Thank you, Lazaro, for making this life-changing milestone such a positive and memorable experience.
