Brett was absolutely amazing and there for us every step of the way. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers, and we were looking at multi family homes. After the offer was accepted he helped coordinate inspections, crafted a well thought out response to get repairs/cash at closing, and got us into our house with no drama. an A+ experience overall that I would highly recommend to anyone whether they are ready to buy today or even think it might be years till they might be able to afford their own home.
