There are no words to describe how amazing Kelly is at her job. There was not a day that she did not communicate with us to give us the updates of everything that was happening. In addition to that, our first language is Spanish and Kelly translated every message she sent them so that we could understand exactly and there was no language barrier. Jasmine was fantastic to work with. She was able to answer the vast majority of our questions, and if she was unsure, she was prompt with providing us with the answers at a later time. She made the looking process very quick and to the point by getting a good idea of what we were looking for and then pushed us tiny bit outside of our comfort zone to expand our horizons a bit. She's professional, but also keeps things on the lighter side, which helps me not to stress so much over things I can't control. She was very prompt with our offer and paperwork (looked at the home at 8:30pm, our offer was submitted by 11pm). She makes herself available, which is great around our work schedules.
