Throughout the (rather quick) process, she was professional and personable. The only quibble we had was that after the closing and the deal was done, she did not respond to a couple messages from us (wanted a small bit of clarification on something) but we are also aware that at the time her husband was experiencing some health issues, so her attentions were possibly understandably diverted. Still, we would not hesitate to use her again and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
