Zero communication problems, I don’t think this man sleeps, his recommendations were spot on and following his sage advice we got the house we wanted. We did get lucky with a few things so 26 days is not average, but if you are looking for a smart, capable agent to have in your corner I would just give Jonathan a call. I know Jonathan cares deeply about his clients, he mentioned his heart break over a couple that didn’t get a house after months of effort and it took a toll on him.
