The BEST part of working with Kimberly, though, is that she is a kind and wonderful person who truly loves to make her clients happy. She cared about us from start to finish, valued our concerns, maintained constant communication, kept our (home) lender on their toes, and even negotiated a Home Shield warranty on our New Build before we could even mention it to her. I could speak all day on the reasons why we will always refer potential buyers to Kimberly.
