I worked with Kristin to sell my home which took longer than expected for both of us, due to unforeseen tenant issues. But Kristen guided me through every corner and made sure that selling my house was as effortless as possible! I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the future! Thanks Kristin!

From the first time I reached out to Kristin Bettencourt, she answered immediately and from there on out was very responsive. She was a true professional with exceptional follow through. During the entire process from looking for a house to closing on a house (and thereafter), I always felt like Kristin Bettencourt had my best interest in mind. I will be recommending her to my family and friends looking to purchase a home in the area.

Any time I need anything that has to do with real estate I dial up Kristin and she is always ready to help. I bought a home with her and sold the same home a few years later. It was my first time for both and She made it a seamless process. After I sold my home she used her connections in the area to help find me another place to live for a short amount of time through another agent. Everything she did was Professional, Timely and Thorough. Thank you Kristin for making this whole process WORRY FREE!
