We were lucky to find Angie to help us list and sell our cabin in Wellington, KY. She met us at the cabin so we could give her a walk through and ask/answer questions. I was immediately comfortable with her based on her knowledge and experience. She is both friendly and professional. I was not looking forward to spending months on this process, so I asked if she could please help us find a buyer QUICKLY... and she did just that. Within days, Angie had the cabin listed. I was so happy she already had clients she wanted to show the cabin to and lined up several showings. The house went on the market on a Wed. We had 2 showings on Fri. Both made an offer. We accepted the 1st offer. They wanted to close in five days...AND WE ACTUALLY CLOSED WITHIN 5 DAYS! I did not believe that would have been possible, but it happened. Angie's hard work and responsiveness during that time made it happen. Again, I feel so fortunate to have had Angie help us!
