Kathleen deserves way more than a 5 Star! We live in Florida right now and we were looking for our forever home in Kentucky. Just by chance we called Kathleen for help in an area we knew nothing about. Immediately this joint venture was meant to be. She listened to what we were looking for and was determined to find us our home. We put faith and patience in her abilities and that was the best thing we could have done. In this crazy market right now it took a few months and she found us our Kentucky home with everything we asked for. The process from start to finish was seamless. During the purchase process she was always keeping us informed and always seemed to be a step ahead. She made sure it all just happened behind the scene. Kathleen is very experienced, Professional, knowledgeable, personable and definitely reliable. Kathleen will definitely be our go to person in the future for any real estate needs. Thank you for being a part of our next chapter in life.

It was great working with Tonya. She showed great patience in taking us to several homes around all of Lake Cumberland. She was quick in replying to any of my questions or concerns. Great to deal with, who went over and beyond to put a rather difficult purchase together
