She helped us negotiate the price to an amount more to our liking. We would text and call her at all hours to get this done and she was always on point. She made sure all the inspectors and estimators had access to the home. After our closing, she had left a heartfelt handwritten note along with a personalized gift and welcome basket in our new home.
