I was thinking about moving into the Lexington, KY area. I did not know much about the area. Sam was very willing to show me homes in a variety of town's and explain the benefit's of each area. I found this knowledge to be very helpful. Whenever I had a question about a property, Sam would let me know if there was anything structurally wrong with it. He know that I did not want to get involved with that. I found Sam's responsiveness and negotiation skills spot on. He really had my best interest in mind. This made the whole process much easier. Wendy & her partner are an amazing team. They not only coordinated sale of my house, but they got $13,000 more than I asked for it. It sold in one day. They also coordinated sale of some of the items like furniture, etc. In addition, they coordinated donation of the items that didn't sell as well as giving some of the items to needy families, etc. I highly recommend this team and can't say enough positive about their competence and performance.

Larry was great to work with. We had to move back to WI because of wife's Cancer treatment and surgery. So, he took care of the home and check on it many times since it was empty. 3 days before our closing a major storm hit and did damage to the home by pulling a big tree down which miss the home but did take the electric riser and power box down and damage a part of the gutter. This cause us over $5000 to fix and on top of that it cause the dishwasher and stove to be replace which cause us more dollars. He knew this would cause us hardship so he decided to reduce his commission down so that the closing could still go on and we didn't have to bring dollars to closing.
