30 real estate offices in KY, 42164

I was thinking about moving into the Lexington, KY area. I did not know much about the area. Sam was very willing to show me homes in a variety of town's and explain the benefit's of each area. I found this knowledge to be very helpful. Whenever I had a question about a property, Sam would let me know if there was anything structurally wrong with it. He know that I did not want to get involved with that. I found Sam's responsiveness and negotiation skills spot on. He really had my best interest in mind. This made the whole process much easier. I would highly recommend Sam Suiter as an agent!

My sister and I were relocating from Denver, CO and when we found Renee she paved the way for us in Tennessee. We had many set backs with the sale in Colorado. She kept in touch with our sellers realtor in Tennessee and we were finally able to close on the property in Tennessee. From start to finish it took almost 3 months to get the deals done but with her help we succeeded. She is a good realtor and a wonderful person. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell ... Thank you again Renee !!!
