Weekly updates on the amount of people that looked online at the property. Spent the extra time to make this deal work with buyer and seller. Will definitely use him again when I need a realtor.

Without question Phillip is the best agent around. I would give more stars if I could. Our family recently relocated to KY from Washington State. We found Phillip through happenstance while scheduling a tour for a house on the market. That house did not work out, but it was still a blessing because we found Phillip. Phillip is attentive, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He is genuinely kind, and his light-hearted manner put us at ease during a stressful time. Somehow, he quickly felt like part of the family, as if we've been life-long friends. He listened to our needs and helped us find our forever home. It took months, and we were an extra challenging case because we were out of state. A lot of the small stuff a new home buyer would normally do (i.e. meet inspectors) we couldn't do being across the country. In swoops Phillip to take care of us without hesitation. We were also first-time home buyers, so we had lots of newbie questions, but Phillip kindly answered them all without frustration. Phillip went above and beyond to help us find our new home. We felt like we paid for an upgraded VIP real estate service. If you only want an agent that will set up a one-time automatic MLS search and send you links... go with any boring agent. BUT if you want someone who will be your house-hunting partner and advocate, you MUST hire Phillip.
