She helped find professional cleaners; made sure the pictures really highlighted the property; conducted an "over the top" open house - complete with scenic boat rides of the lake from our dock; helped with negotiations; and even was able to work out an acceptable solution for both parties when there seemed to be a breakdown in the final negotiations.
