As homeowners, we believed our large, historic home was worth investment and spent months toiling to improve its appearance and function. We believed the market favored our home's potential to be passed on to a new, caring owner, despite copious naysayers. Bill was undaunted by our home's complexity and age and advised us toward the correct strategy. We wished for an attractiveness demonstrating the home's best aspects and happy history, instead of catering to the local slumlords. He smoothed every wrinkle during the contract phase with his experienced guidance. Communicating diligently through his foreign vacation, we came successfully through contract negotiations to realistic plans and acceptable conditions. His cool confidence and responsiveness abated possible derailments, obviously soothing more doubtful mentalities. As we grasped, also remotely, with closing slowly coming into sight, he continued to boost morale with his punctual statements and guiding observations. By asking the right questions of us, he kept us focused on providing substantive answers. To the delight of our best neighbors, we navigated through a fully involved contract to deliver the keys to an aspiring young family enthralled with the potential for the freshly renovated home, giving impetus to the betterment of the community. Bill was attentive to the success of our enterprise at all the key moments and anyone would be lucky to have his guidance in all matters of real estate.

Shelia is always knowledgeable about current market conditions. Provides excellent communication and guidance through the selling and purchase experience.
