The most frustrating thing about real estate in kentucky for me is finding someone who is good at what they do. Most are lazy and uninspired but Shawn clearly loves what he does and it shows. He communicates very well and never leaves you hanging like Century 21 in London ky does. He's very knowledgeable, honest and exceeded my expectations.
