First experience with a realtor! We didn't have a clue about ANYTHING that was included in the process. April Wilson held our hands and walked beside us every step of the way. She helped find professional cleaners; made sure the pictures really highlighted the property; conducted an "over the top" open house - complete with scenic boat rides of the lake from our dock; helped with negotiations; and even was able to work out an acceptable solution for both parties when there seemed to be a breakdown in the final negotiations. SOLD!!!

When the housing market in Metro-Atlanta skyrocketed, my family decided to capitalize on our property value and look at buying more land further north.
