We moved out of state and had to do the closing by overnight mail. Phil handled everything for us, including going to the house to take care of a couple of things we couldn't do because we were no longer in the area. His online listing was the best because of the wonderful pictures his photographer took. We sold in five days for asking price. You can't ask for anything more!
