We moved out of state and had to do the closing by overnight mail. Phil handled everything for us, including going to the house to take care of a couple of things we couldn't do because we were no longer in the area. His online listing was the best because of the wonderful pictures his photographer took. We sold in five days for asking price. You can't ask for anything more! He responds quickly to emails, texts and phone calls. He is honest, conscientious and caring. Thank you Phil, for everything!

Marc was a true blessing to work with! He has been our realtor for years and was so very patient as we waited for the right time and perfect home for us as first time home buyers! He is knowledgeable, communicates well, and worked to our schedule! He made the him buying process very easy and I would recommend him to anyone I know ready to buy or sell a home!
