I've utilized Laura on a couple of other occasions. She has always been great with communication and helping me through the process. In this most recent purchase, however, I made the mistake of choosing a bad lender who was terrible with communication. Laura had to be extra aggressive when working with this lender, and work to get us to closing. 3 different times, the lender had to push the closing date, but Laura made sure the seller's realtor was in the loop and that helped keep the seller patient as well. In the end, her hard work helped make sure I did eventually close on the house. I honestly think anyone else could not have been as effective in making this happen and the seller would have walked.

Professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. What more could you want? Oh, and hard worker too!! Felt like we were her only clients but knew that wasn’t the case. Truly a great experience.

Carlos was wonderful to work with to help sell our home ! He always went the extra mile and kept us in the loop of all things as they happened. We had a few unfortunate events happen, like buyers financing falling out at last moment and he always was able to get things turned around promptly. 10/10. He is honest, genuine, and makes sure both party’s get the best side of things.
