It was a very emotional time and many unknowns for me and she made each step of the sale very easy. We got in a bidding war with the sale and she helped me make a clear concise decision by her explanations of all the pros and cons for each offer and I ended up choosing an offer above asking price. She kept in touch even during a personal family time trip which was greatly appreciated. I plan to stay in South Carolina but If I ever move back to Lexington, Sandy is the first person I will call!
