We have worked with many realtors over the years but have never had an experience as exceptional as this one. Contacting Eric and Jennifer Keathly at Texas Premier Realty was the best decision we could have made. Their expertise in marketing in this current housing climate were phenomenal. They kept us informed, explained every step of the way clearly, provided professional guidance and answered our neverending questions and concerns. Much of this process was while we were out of the country and working with differing time zones but that did not pose any problems which was amazing. The expediency in which our house was sold still astounds us and we owe it to this dedicated team. Their negotiation skills brought us the best outcome we could have expected. Their genuine concern for our wellbeing during this process meant so much to us – we weren’t just another sale. This certainly isn’t something we’ve ever experienced before. Without once ounce of hesitancy, we have already referred another couple wanting to sell their home and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase.
