She was ready with sellers agreements & always prepared for anything coming our way. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone & will. Only complaint is I wish we could keep working together. I was real apprehensive about selling my property, but I was gonna have to be starting to live alone and there was no way I could handle that house in the lawn and everything and she encouraged me to go shopping for a place that I wanted to live at and get accepted there first before she would ever list my home and I thought that was real special because it was like she was giving me a chance to go look for something else, instead of pushing me to hurry up and get my house on the market. When it came to discuss the amount to list the house, she let me put my two cents in and then she helped me guide the right price to start with and believe me. I was so happy with all of her work plus it’s so quick. I’m so glad that I already had a place lined up because I would’ve been really in trouble if I didn’t already have somewhere lined up I was happy with the closing and how she went with me to the closing to make sure that I knew and asked all the right questions and also she went ahead and talk to me about sometimes there’s some spam and stuff like that that goes on so she explained that all to me that was another added plus I am so happy that I found Miss Donell, and I’m so happy that she was as good as she was and as thoroug.
