Julie is very responsive. We never had to wait to get an answer on any questions we had. She is respectful, positive and patient. We never felt like she was pushing us to make a decision we were not ready for. She helped us search for two years and never made us feel like we were a burden or like she was tired of showing us houses.

We can't thank Katie enough for making walking us through the process of being first time home buyers. Her knowledge and guidance made the process enjoyable and stress free! We can't wait to work with Katie again in the future!!

Jake McGuire recently sold a house for me in Lees Summit. He's one of the most positive, knowledgeable, honest and trust worthy agents I've ever worked with. Jake quickly posted a nice sign in my yard and did a fantastic job with the marketing. Within a few days he brought me multiple offers above my asking price. I also purchased a new house through him. I never felt obligated or pressured to make a decision with him. I highly recommend Jake McGuire to anyone needing a to buy or sell a house!
