I was an out-of-state buyer for a place in Lawrence KS, and I needed a real estate agent. My sister insisted we use Heather, and I felt obliged to comply. But boy am I glad we got Heather. The Lawrence market is a little tricky. It’s highly seasonal. There is a huge variation of properties in close proximity, and many properties have interesting features and hidden problems. Heather is perfectly competent to show up and tour houses, but she really shines when it comes to making offers and working with other agents. I forgot how much red tape and minutia is involved in the home buying process, and there is no way we could have known what was possible (or how certain rights and clauses affected us) if not for Heather. She explained everything as we went along. BUT THE THING THAT REALLY STANDS OUT is how she ALWAYS picked up the phone, day and night! If we ever had a question or concern, she always answered us. Her constant communication kept our home buying process from becoming a nerve wracking mess. She truly embodied the role of advocate throughout the process, which we desperately needed. In hindsight, I am so glad we went with Heather, and I feel like I not only got a great property in the end, but we walked away with a new friend as well. I highly recommend her and would do business again with her in a heartbeat!

Jesse was always on the ball getting things taken care of. We had some issues that weren't Jesse's and he could have said well not my problem but he stepped up and went over and above to help make sure our house got sold. My only disappointment is I can't give him more than 5 stars.

Erika contacted me while I was still in California and planning my move. She didn't harass me like some do, but rather she was patient and understanding. I had a lot going on between student trips, a death in the family, broken toe, etc. And she understood. I received emails with listings that were selected based on my preferences. When I modified them, Erika happily adjusted the search criteria. When I clicked the like button, Erika would then discuss them with me. She was totally on top of it! When I arrived, I really could not buy until my house sold out west. Again Erika was totally in tune and was willing to show me what was out there; knowing I could not buy yet. Erika showed me houses all around the east side of KC. We drove all over the place and Erika never showed signs of slowing down. She was amazing. She gave me all of the information printed out about every house we saw. As overwhelming as this was, I could have only done it with Erika. Throughout the entire process Erika was a best friend caliber person. She is amazing and made an extremely difficult move seem all the better. She listened to me cry numerous times and reinforced me as an individual. Not many people would do that for a total stranger. She is an angel sent from God to help me. The purchase process was smooth with no hassles along the way. Erika kept me informed of all of the nuances and when I needed to be where. She was always available, always informative, always professional. And she still checks in on me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! A million star on the star rating system.
