Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours. Angela was very helpful in helping us to buy a house. She was able to provide some local information which reassured us about the neighborhood and gave us some pointers on what to do when we bought the house and how to negotiate for it. When we had a last minute hiccup with the air conditioner she got the seller to get it taken care of.
