From the onset of our engagement with Patrick, we were very happy with the entire process. He was professional, clearly experienced, and treated as as though we were great friends. Upon engagement, he sat down with us to work through our needs, wants, and dislikes. In all, we viewed 8-10 homes prior to going under contract on our eventual new home. This was both my wife and my first time buying a home. We trusted in Patrick to lead the way and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Should we elect to relocate in the future, we will certainly work with Patrick again. 10/10.

I really enjoyed working with Jason. If I had any questions or concerns he was always available to answer any questions I had. I can't believe I sold a 1 bed 1 bath 850 sq ft home in just 4 days! The experience was perfect for the sale of my first home.

Working with Rob was the best experience we could have hoped for when looking for a house. Rob listened to our list of desires and tirelessly presented options and marathoned viewing appointments with us until we found the perfect home. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours. You know that Rob truly cares about his clients! We have found or forever home but if anything ever changes we know we can depend on Rob Davis to help us again.

Dianne is very knowledgeable & knows so much, not only about the community history, but also the history of the neighborhoods, the history of the houses you are looking at, & the history of the neighbors you might be living next too. I moved from out of state & she was always responsive & proactive in letting me know when new properties hit the market. So easy to work with!
