Karen was wonderful answering questions always taking my phone calls & texts. Her communication skills are outstanding & a respected, local inspector told me she is smart & knows more about safety features & updates on homes than he does. Karen is fun to work with, always timely & knows the market. We were not working with the easiest buyers or agent but Karen guided us thru. I have told so many people how nice it was working with Karen & can't imagine working with anyone else!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Tim. He was very knowledgeable about the current market. His communication skills were great, responding to any text questions I had within a few minutes. He was professional, very attentive and never pushy.

Highly responsive when we had a question. Very helpful thru the whole process from the point of putting it for sale up to the signing date. If needed to sell another house she would be the first person I call.
