If you’re looking for a realtor in the Des Moines metro, you need to call Narda Strom. She was absolutely awesome to work with from start to finish. She really knows the market. Right off the bat, she nailed the comps, which helped us price the place perfectly—we were honestly shocked at how fast it moved! What really blew us away, though, was her dedication. Since we were out of state (and my wife was even out of the country at one point), we needed someone we could trust to run the show. She handled everything smoothly and even spent basically the entire weekend at our house right before closing just to make sure the handyman could get in and finish up his work. She totally took the stress out of a complicated situation and went way above and beyond what we expected. We couldn’t have done it without her!
