Matt was wonderful to work with and made the process really easy. He listened to what I wanted in a home and each time we viewed houses they were closer and closer to what I was looking for. I found my new home a lot faster than I thought I would. He is also very knowledgeable about homes in general, their components and their structures and was able to point out things that could present an issue or that other realtors may not even notice. There’s no sugar coating just to get a sale either, I could tell he had my best interest in mind as a first time home buyer. He came highly recommended by the credit union I am going through and even my home inspector had nothing but good things to say. His service definitely confirmed what they said!

Matt was great to work with. He coordinated each aspect of the sale, and made sure we were taken care, even when a mistake was made outside of his and our control. Matt was punctual, gave us a clear explanation of the process, and I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the great Des Moines area.

Becky was terrific, even when i’d not finished on time. Becky just rescheduald for closing to be two days later. All went through with no problems
