Andrea was absolutely amazing thru every single bump (more than we expected) that came along-she helped us get through each one with ease. We have bought and sold 8 homes~no realtor has ever been as detailed, thorough, up to date on all realty forms, kept us updated on all transactions, and I could go on and on!! If we had the ability to assign the realtor fees between our realtor and the buyers' realtor~~Andrea would have gotten the full 6%!!! She diplomatically explained some of the questions posed by potential buyers. She helped us find reliable tradespeople to prepare the house.
