She is genuine and listens when you express concerns or have questions about buying/selling. Letitia took care of everything that I didn't know had to be done! My house had old wiring and she told me that it had to upgraded before I could sell the house. She gave me a couple names of companies that she recommended and I selected one and then she took over. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience.
