Once the building process started, she continued to be available to our family for the duration of the process. Every meeting from design to warranty and financing, she was attentive and present. When our closing was delayed, she helped to secure a reimbursement for our extended storage/hotel stay. Beyond all that, she continuously invited our family to local events in the area to ensure we really got a sense of belonging with the community. Highly recommended her completely.
