She helped us clearly understand exactly how much selling the home would cost, why the expenses are there, and how to get the most from your sale. She goes out of her way to make sure that you have all the things that you need. If you don't know where to go for any repairs, she will help you find the right people. If you don't know if something is a big deal or not, she will help you find out. There's no delays in waiting for responses, it's right away, and if it's time critical it's not just a text message. Overall 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.
