There aren’t many people as tenacious as am I. Kelly stuck with us for eight months trying to find a very specific home.

Michelle Osburn would post her properties' photos on social media, I was always impressed with the photos and staging she used. And the comments from the homeowners were always glowing and appreciative of Michelle's time and effort to help them sell their home. I was impressed as I knew she hadn't been doing it for very long but seemed to be a pro and head and shoulders above other agents. Michelle was always on top of the next item on the "to-do" list with a very accurate plan of attack to get it done. She anticipated potential problems and offered suggestions to get our home to sell faster. The price point was right on and matched the appraisal. She really has an eye for what potential buyers are looking for and suggestions to lower our selling expenses regarding repairs and improvements. She is the ideal agent. She was there every step, and would often text us follow up to let us know the status of a question or just status of the buyers lending process. She fought for us when needed and mitigated conversations in a very professional manner. Michelle went over and beyond my expectations for selling my home, especially considering we put our house on the market in the slower season late fall, we still had many offers and a full price offer in 12 days. I am beyond happy with Michelle!! She should be on your billboards, advertise her, she is a money maker for her clients!!
