When my husband and I decided to put our home on the market our first call was to Jessica who was highly recommended by a trusted friend. From the initial phone call until until we received the keys to our new home, Jessica exceeded expectations each and every step of the way. We collectively put together a plan that worked best for us, and she followed through. From selling our home within days for a price well above our expectations, to answering texts/phone calls promptly at all hours of the day and night, to personally delivering and reviewing all offers received until 10:00PM so we could make the best decision to fit our wants and needs; she continued to impress! On the buying side of our new home, Jessica knew we would be extraordinarily picky. Taking us to countless showings, Jessica showed nothing but professionalism, patience, and care. All in all, I can’t say enough about our experience with Jessica; you NEED her on your team when it comes to real estate!
