Martha did a great job in helping me downsize to a condo and sell my house. I saw the condo on a listing and the next day it was off the market! I told Martha that it was the one for me and she had to get it for me. That she did! They indeed had taken it off the market as they had listed it too early but she worked her magic and negotiated a sale. She also then helped me sell my house which went on the market during low season for Real Estate but insisted she could get it sold and she did! Thanks Martha for everything!!!
