Barb helped us find and purchase our first home and we could not have asked for a better realtor. We started this journey while still stationed in Spain and virtually touring homes and placing offers with Barb. In this crazy market with the time difference there were so many times that barb would run out to show us a home with little to no notice, even going out to show us a home on Easter Sunday and the only thing we remember was her smile and how beautiful she said it was outside! We placed 7 different offers and with each offer we felt like she informed us and advocated for us as if we were family. Once we were back stateside we still looked at countless homes in so many different areas until we had our offer accepted. Then barb continued to work even harder, and I can only imagine how much went on behind the scenes! We ended up having to take our 10 month old twins to our closing and Barb scooped them right up and can now add babysitter to her resume. It was a pleasure to work with Babar Baig. He is a very nice and knowledgeable person. He helped us with a lot of time and dedication to get a property that we were looking for. It took several properties to go around looking at the good and the bad and we didn't get the pressure with him to get a property which wasn't the right one for us. He always was trying to be sure that we were buying "our house". Once we found property, he took care of the closing this transaction with the seller's Realtor to complete all paperwork, inspections and any requests to the sellers.
