I do not know where to begin to describe how wonderful Joy is. I found Joy 20 years ago after my contract with my realtor at the time expired. In 3 months, he had only shown my home 3 times. I ended up calling Joy & meeting with her. Within a week she had shown the house several times, had an open house and within 3 weeks she had sold my home, all while helping me look for a new home. Fast forward, it was time for me to sell the house that I had moved into 20 years ago. I never thought of calling another realtor and prayed 🙏 that she was still working. She immediately remembered me, the fact that I had 3 sons (now grown) and asked about them. I was floored that she literally remembered who I was. Not like I left a message for her & she had time to research me, but picked up my call and genuinely remembered with no time for a “heads up” to pretend to remember me. My house needed some work & I explained to Joy that I only wanted showings of people who were serious about buying and that would buy the house as is. Joy honestly showed the home the day we signed the contract and it was sold in THREE HOURS! The sign wasn’t even up yet. Now, can I promise you that she will sell your home in 3 hours…no, but I can guarantee she will work endlessly to get it sold. She cares about you as a client, not just a number. I was a bit difficult to work with at times & she never once lost her patience with me or acted like I was I the pain in the butt I was. At the final walk through I became WAY more emotional than I thought I would be and she was such a source of comfort. Words to describe Joy…professional, kind, caring, patient and great at what she does. If I know of anyone selling or buying a house, I will tell them to not consider anyone but Joy. In closing, I’d like to say Joy is so good, that my own cousin is a realtor & I’m usually a “family first” person, but not in this situation. This situation & all real estate situations, Joy is the ONLY person I trust!
