Dave and Candy are AMAZING. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the home buying process. They treated us as they would a family member by explaining to us all our options, protecting us and not letting us settle for something that did not meet all our needs. They were there for us 2 years ago when buying a home was just a dream! They guided us and helped us know how to prepare for the expense, responsibility and logistics of home ownership. We could not have done this house buying thing without them! Candy spent countless hours with us explaining what was happening when the rest of the process was so confusing to us newbies! Dave was able to explain every detail of the construction in each home and had done his research about our builder and could compare to all the other builders in the area. They were both so knowledgeable and patient with us. They understood everyone else involved may have done this process hundreds of time but Ben and I had not! They were our biggest advocates. Our new home is perfect for us and trust me it was a long search! We cannot recommend them enough if you are looking to buy or sell in the near future!
