As our family began the process of moving our “senior” mom from 3000 square feet home to 900 in a local adult living community, with all four siblings living out of state, we knew we needed someone local to help on our stead. While we could begin the process with extended prep trips, we could not be at Mom’s side to attend to every detail that crops up during a large move. Jason stepped in and treated our mom like she was his own. Jason cheerfully attended to myriad details that could stall progress towards listing, and it provided peace of mind to those of us at a distance. He cut and replaced 8 basement ceiling tiles, helped move furniture to the new place that missed the moving van, helped her sell her dining room table and ward off several scammers, replaced lightbulbs in the basement, assisted her with a change of address…the list continues. ALL of these details add up to beyond stellar customer service. Additionally, he coordinated the move with the siblings who span two continents and a 13-hour time difference. No easy undertaking, but we always knew Mom and her home sale were in the best of hands. His patience in dealing with all the family members who were assisting from near and far, as well as in coordinating all the necessary in-person appointments with my mom speaks to an overwhelming compassion for people; he is not in this business to just make a commission, he is out to help people live their dreams during what can be a very stressful transition.
