Despite two offers that did not go through she was always very confident in selling the property. When an offer did not go through she would go back to the buyers that had shown interest in previous showings - and thus was able to secure other offers. There were a few repairs to be made and Ellen had contractor recommendations at her fingertips and all the contractors that were referred by her did excellent work. Ellen was also my buyers agent. She was very patient and showed me an infinite number of homes and was not pushy with trying to sell me a house which I appreciated. Overall I would highly recommend Ellen to anyone.
