Repeat business is the best compliment. I have been Yolonda's client 4 times over 25 years and would come back for no. 5, 6, etc. if needed. Extremely thorough market research led to perfect pricing and smooth approvals throughout the transaction. Yolonda stays on top of the market trends and uses them to leverage the best client outcome possible. She made it clear to me which pre-listing preparations were necessary and which ones would not have significant impact, thus maximizing the effectiveness of my preparation activities. For the needed preparations, Yolonda assisted me finding reputable and fair-priced suppliers to help complete them in a timely and effective manner. When I was ready, Yolonda staged the house beautifully and did an outstanding marketing job. With such outstanding preparations, the home generated a lot of interest right away including a very serious full-price offer quite quickly that we ultimately closed-on. Throughout the process, Yolonda's communications were outstanding, leaving no surprises and allowing me to always be prepared for the next steps. Yolonda's extensive experience, thorough knowledge, professionalism, and outstanding results place her second to none in my book. I am extremely happy and thankful for Yolonda's outstanding performance and would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody.
