Zelia is an outstanding realtor. She has great marketing skills and understands her real estate market backwards and forwards. I recommend her very highly. She maintained close contact via phone and in person during our home sale. She also made certain that the seller's realtor was keeping his clients on schedule. Zelia was at all time accessible and helpful with any issues or questions that we had. Zelia is an exceptionally competent and capable realtor. I could not recommend her any more highly.

Zelia is top-notch. It is obvious that she has years of experience. She is knowledgeable, personable, honest and takes the time to keep her clients informed of what is happening with their sale. She is willing to listen to the clients ideas, and also willing to give her advice when asked. We have used her services for our past to home sales. She has done an excellent job both times.

Brenda made the very stressful of buying and selling as positive experience as possible. Her many years of experience proved to be invaluable. There was nothing that came up on the process that she was not familiar with navigating.
